  1. Physical Examination 
  2. ‚Ä¢ Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, under the arms or in the groin.
  3. ‚Ä¢ Swelling in the area of the tonsils, throat or upper airway.
  4. ‚Ä¢ Fluid around the lungs (pleural effusion).
  5. ‚Ä¢ Liver or spleen enlargement.
  6. ‚Ä¢ Abdominal mass.
  7. ‚Ä¢ Soft tissue swelling. 
  8. ‚Ä¢ Tenderness when pressure is applied to areas of the skeleton.
  9. ‚Ä¢ Neurologic findings such as numbness or muscle weakness.

  12. ‚Ä¢ Complete blood count may show circulating lymphoma cells or other blood abnormalities because of
  13.   lymphoma in the bone marrow .
  14. ‚Ä¢ Blood chemistries may be abnormal because of the tumor or because of the involvement of bone, lungs, the
  15.   liver or the kidneys.
